Promoter

Overview

1. Players may run time trial at any point in time up until promoter proceeds to heat races
2. An event cannot start unless there are 8 16 players signed up
3. Online races (Heats and C/B/A) can only be started by the race host.
4. The race host is the first person to join the room

Guide on promoter icon:

1. No politics/nudity/profanity
2. 1 icon for each promoter at 512 * 512 pixels.
3. You change this icon on request

Guide for players:

1. Players may run time trial at any point in time up until promoter proceeds to heat races
2. Players can no longer join an event once its past the time trial phase
3. Online races cannot be started before timer has elapsed
